TPO Roofs come in a variety of colors and are strong, flexible and durable. They are suitable for use in all types of single-ply systems. We install TPO roofing systems using GAF’s thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply membrane systems in different thicknesses and options.
PVC Roofs come in standard colors and their pliable sheets are welded together with hot air or solvents. The expectations of single-ply membranes are to be a waterproofing sheet, remain waterproof throughout its warranty life, be non-flammable, comply with building codes and be easy to work with and repair and be pliable at different temperatures. IB Roof Systems has had roofs installed for over 30 years without one material failure and we install PVC roofs using their products.
