Flexible Financing Made Easy
A new roof is one of the most important investments you can make for your home’s protection and long-term value. But we know it’s a major expense that doesn’t always come at a convenient time.
To help make your roofing project as affordable as possible, we partner with Service Finance Company (SFC), a nationally licensed consumer lender under the Truist Bank family. Through our partnership, we can offer flexible payment plans tailored to fit your household budget.
Deferred Interest / "Same-As-Cash" Plans:
Perfect if you plan to pay off your roof quickly. If you pay the loan balance in full before the promotional period ends, you pay 0% interest
Low Monthly Payment Installment Loans:
Designed for maximum long-term budgeting. These fixed-rate loans offer extended terms (up to 120 months or more) to keep your regular monthly payment as low as possible.
Hybrid Plans:
A combination option that features a short, interest-free promotional window before transitioning into a standard, fixed monthly payment plan.
Our Financing Options
We provide access to a variety of unsecured installment loan programs through Service Finance Company. Because these are unsecured loans, you do not have to use your home as collateral.
Depending on your goals, you can choose from these three main types of programs.
The Typical Process
Financing your project is 100% paperless and can be completed right from your phone, tablet, or computer. Here is what to expect from start to finish.
1. Receive Your Quote
Our estimator will visit your home, evaluate your roof, and provide you with a comprehensive project estimate.
2. Choose a Plan & Apply
Review the financing options with us and pick the plan that fits your budget.
3. Get an Instant Decision
Service Finance Company processes applications securely online. In most cases, you will receive a credit decision in just a few minutes.
4. Sign Digital Documents
Once approved, you will review and electronically sign your loan agreement. Your billing account will remain inactive until the physical work is completely done.
5. Build & Approve
Our crew installs your new roof, siding, doors and windows, or other exterior project. Once the installation is finished and you are fully satisfied, you authorize the project completion, which prompts Service Finance to activate your loan.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a penalty if I pay my loan off early?
No. There are absolutely no pre-payment penalties on any of our Service Finance Company loan programs. You can make extra payments or pay off the entire balance at any time to save on interest.
When is my first payment due?
Your billing account isn't finalized until the roofing work is completely done. Your first payment will typically be due 30 days after installation is complete, and your first statement will arrive by mail about 15 to 18 days after completion.
Is this a credit card or a line of credit?
No. These are fixed-term, closed-end installment loans. You are borrowing a fixed amount for a specific project with predictable terms, rather than opening a revolving line of credit.
How do I make my monthly payments?
Once your project is completed and your account is active, you can pay online via the secure Service Finance borrower portal, set up automatic ACH payments through your bank, or pay by check or money order using monthly pre-printed coupons. Note: Service Finance does not accept credit or debit cards for monthly loan payments
Can I add additional work to the loan later?
Once the roof is installed and the loan is funded, the contract is closed. If you decide to add more work down the road, you will need to submit a separate application for a new project loan.
