Our April safety meeting was packed with essential training and well-deserved recognition. David Davidson and Gabriel Sandoval presented on a variety of topics, including safety anchors clarifications, general safety reminders, and the RADAR program to keep every job site secure. The RADAR program is our way to safely mitigate issues with a process Recognize the risk, Assess the situation, Develop a safe solution, Act safely to fix the problem, and Report/record the upset condition.
With the temperatures rising, the team also completed vital Heat Illness Prevention training and put their knowledge to the test with a follow-up quiz.
