Pfeifer Roofing Inc. (ShingleMaster PREMIER) Offers CertainTeed’s Strongest Warranty
All CertainTeed shingles carry standard SureStart protection which fully covers your shingles during the early years following installation in the event of a manufacturing defect. Once the SureStart period ends, typically after 10 years, you are covered for shingles only and at a reduced rate as the roof ages.
Your CertainTeed ShingleMaster PREMIER is exclusively authorized to offer you all three levels of SureStart PLUS enhanced warranty coverage, which takes CertainTeed’s traditional SureStart protection and extends coverage for up to 50 years, depending on the level of protection you choose. That means, in the event of a manufacturing defect, you are fully covered.

SureStart™ PLUS Protection is for individual homeowners who own and use the property as their residence where the shingles are installed. (Excludes condominiums, homeowners associations, etc.; refer to CertainTeed’s limited warranty for details.)

(your ShingleMaster™ PREMIER Credentialed Contractor) is exclusively authorized to offer you enhanced SureStart PLUS protection, which takes traditional SureStart protection and extends coverage for up to 50 years depending on the level selected.
NOTE: XT™25 shingles carry 10 years with 3-STAR, 20 years with 4-STAR Coverage and 25 years with 5-STAR Coverage.
Fully transferable for 15 years with 3-STAR Coverage, 20 years with 4-STAR Coverage, and 20 years with 5-STAR Coverage.
